Below, we outline what you can expect during each week of our comprehensive SME consulting process.

Week 1

Deep dive into Current business situation

During the first week, we focus on thoroughly understanding your business's current situation. This involves conducting audits, gathering necessary information, interviewing stakeholders, and performing a market analysis to set a strong foundation for the consulting process.

Week 2

Presentation of Findings and Business Strategy

In the second week, we present our findings from Week 1 and outline a business strategy. This phase includes implementation of web work and online profiling, asset gathering and production, and action plan creation. This is usually done through an online meeting with corresponding presentation PDF.

Week 3

Implementation, Execution, and Monitoring

Week 3 focuses on the execution of the strategies and monitoring their initial impact. This includes starting advertising and marketing campaigns, social media posting, and operational improvements.

Week 4 onwards

Ongoing Optimization

From Week 4 onwards, our focus shifts to ongoing optimization and performance monitoring. We ensure continuous improvement through regular performance reports and strategic adjustments.
